Galaxy table
Developed in just two days, the Galaxy Table is a concept for an interactive installation on the subject of space and galaxies. It was created as a scalable multitouch application.

How must very large numbers of small dynamic elements in an interactive exhibit be designed to convey information? A slowly moving spiral of stars is the visual center of the application. The user can interact with it, manipulate it and explore content. When the user touches one of the buttons, the stars leave their original position and form information graphics on various astronomical topics.
The Galaxy Table communicates various contents on the subject of astronomy.
